The Montreal chapter of the FMAC held its annual golf tournament at the beautiful Carling Lake Golf and Resort on Saturday, June 9, 2001.
Under a bright sunny sky and a cool breeze, 65 lucky golfers spent the afternoon on the links. Safari hats with the FMAC logo were the big hit!
The Best of 2 Ball Tournament winners were Richard Poirier from NBC and Steven Mayhew from Laurentian Bank with 8 under. Longest Drive went to a Marc Tremblay from Caisse de Dépôt and Closest to the Pin went to sharp shooter John Borodenko.
The dinner was a great success with the Reverse Draw “event” hosted by the one and only Guy Phaneuf from BMO-Nesbitt Burns. The Group winners were led by Stephane Glaude from CIBC.
We would like to thank all our sponsors for their precious contribution. Once again they made sure the golf tournament was a success.
